This is War based on Gangs HNR HnR Level. HnR level is calculated as the average of Top five Players Level. The opponents are selected by the Game randomly. The attacking gang members can Attack only players within there attack range (20% down there Level or above). But the defending Gang can hit any one without any Attack range restriction.
